Travis was a great inspector. I really did not trust the realtor to help with a home inspector that would be there for us. He came out and got on the roof and in the attic and found a broken truss. He advised me as to how a truss contractor would repair the truss and sure enough, that's how the engineer repaired it. His thermal camera found a leak and he also found a breaker that was too big for the air conditioner. I will recommend you to co-workers and family.

Mr. Johnson did a home inspection on my house that I am getting ready to sell. I just wanted to find and fix any thing now instead of during the selling process. Lucky for me he found a chimney leak that I never knew of. He explained and showed me where the leak happened and exactly how to fix it. The kick flashing was causing rain to enter behind the wall. He found it with the special camera. He also later certified the repair on the report the that I leave for potential buyers to see.
Also, he's a very nice and honest person.

The inspection was on a condo and very thorough. Advice was provided throughout, pictures were plentiful and receipt of the final report was very timely. Travis did an outstanding job inspecting our potential house. He was extremely cordial and professional and even impressed my husband whom is an engineer. His thermal camera found a leak that was literally invisible to our eyes.
Travis also responded back to the house to verify the repair. The repair was not correct so he advised the contractor of that and told him he will return as many times as possible until the repair was right.

Blue Heron Inspections did a great job on my home. I wanted someone to climb the Spanish tile roof and the first three inspectors said they wouldn't climb on tile roof.
